Time: Doors open at 6:15 PM with the event starting at 6:45 PM. Questions begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
Where: The Holiday Inn in South County (Discounted rooms available for $99. To reserve a discounted room, contact the hotel directly and request a room under the “EPIC Trivia Night Fundraiser” block of rooms.)

Cost to Attend: $200 for table of 8 (Includes drinks and snacks)
Donation Options: Any donation is greatly appreciated whether monetary, a gift basket or a round sponsor. Monetary donations and round sponsorships ($175) can be made by filling out the form below. After completing the form, you will be directed to a page where you can complete your donation through PayPal. If you have a gift basket, please fill out the form and leave a comment if you will be dropping it off or if we need to arrange pick-up. We will contact you to arrange a pickup if noted.
Is registration still open?
Registration is now CLOSED for the 2020 EPIC Systems Trivia Night. To submit payments or sponsor a round, please use the PayPal link provided in the “Registration” tab.
My team is registered, when do you need the full payment?
Please follow the PayPal link to complete your registration. If we do not receive your payment by January 10, 2020, we cannot confirm that your table will be available on the night of the event.
Can I pay for my table or sponsor a round the day of the event?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process payments for tables or round sponsorships the day of the event. All registration and sponsorship fees must be paid by January 10, 2020 at 3pm.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to Trivia Night?
You can bring your own food, but no outside drinks are allowed. However, it is an open bar. We just ask that you drink responsibly. Also, crockpots are allowed, but cannot be plugged in at your table.
On a side note – The Holiday Inn offers attendees discounted rooms. If you choose to drink but don’t wish to stay at the hotel, we encourage you to arrage for a designated driver ahead of time or utilize a ride sharing app.

I can’t attend. How can I still support EPIC’s Trivia Night benefiting the USO of MO?
Sorry you cannot attend, but we do have a few ways you can support the event. Fill out the form on the bottom of this page – You can select from donating an item to the silent auction, sponsoring a round ($175), or making a monetary donation.
The next page will take you to where you can pay for your round sponsorship or make your monetary donation. If you are donating to the silent auction, we will contact you.
What is the theme?
The 1970s is the theme – Dress up or decorate your table to enter. Members at the winning table will receive a prize!
Tell me about the Mulligans…
Mulligans are $25 for 10 and you can use them however you want. You can pay in advance for mulligans when you pay online. Select “Table of 8 + 10 mulligans,” and we will have them at your table for you.
