Most Challenging Packaging Line Integration Project:
Blending Skid: Several years ago EPIC had a challenging project for a fortune 100 consumer products company. Our engineering team integrated unique equipment on a skid that was used for mixing multiple products. Integrating an existing line with new additions can be a difficult during the automation process. . Programming for this skid was the most complex programming that Tim has been involved with. He drew on his past experience to for a successful outcome that exceeded the customer’s requirements.
Tim enjoys taking a project through various stages of development. It can be challenging and fun to take a project through the engineering phase and making everything work together, but the checkout and start-up is his favorite part to execute. “The best part is seeing the end product roll off the production line for the first time in front of the client,” said Tim.
Tim enjoys track and field with his sons, and he is also an official for the sport. In his free time, he likes to golf and go fishing. Tim has won the EPIC Way Award along with loyalty Service Awards. Recently, Tim won the EPIC NCAA basketball bracket contest and came in first in EPIC’s Fantasy Football league.
