EPIC Systems, Inc. and their REC Committee recently hosted the 6th annual EPIC Trivia Night benefiting the USO of Missouri. Through the trivia night competition, silent auction raffle baskets, and generous donations, EPIC Systems was able to raise $12,000 in total for the USO of Missouri.
EPIC Trivia Night was held at the Holiday Inn at South County and was emceed by James Knight and Maria Lusardi. The eventful evening included Disney costumes, a silent auction with autographed sports memorabilia, a tribute to the troops and multiple raffles.
ABOUT THE USO: For over 75 years the USO has dedicated all of its time and effort to the America’s troops and their families. CEO and President Dr. J.D. Crouch I, the USO’s staff and thousands of dedicated volunteers operate more than 160 centers worldwide. This nonprofit, private organization operates solely from the generosity of individuals who donate their time and from the helping contributions of corporations who help support their daily activities. The USO is not part of the U.S. government and does not receive federal funding, but it is recognized by the Department of Defense, Congress and President of the United States, who serves as Honorary Chairman of the USO.
