Senior Process Engineer

This is a Senior level Project Manager role.  Experience in chemical processing equipment, bid development, construction management, estimating, and chemical engineering are all required for this position.

Requirements:

  • BSChE
  • Minimum seven years industrial experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment on fast-track projects
  • Albert-Pujols-like reputation among professional circles (eventually references to substantiate)

Knowledge & Experience Required in the following areas:

  • Design Process Plants
  • Specify process equipment (tanks, pumps, valves, exchanges, chillers, reactors, etc)
  • Develop PFDs and P&IDs from scratch
  • Calculate heat transfer, tank sizing, mass balance, energy balance, etc
  • Perform process safety studies and audits
  • Design plant utility systems
  • Manage client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
  • Find most capital-efficient, shortest implementation schedule on process plant projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work on several projects at a time of varying scope and effectively prioritize workload to ensure deliverables are met
  • Self directed, forward thinking, and capable of making complex decisions that drive business performance

This position requires a passionate individual who demonstrates initiative, takes ownership for project work, and exhibits a high level of personal leadership, conviction, and spirit of innovation.

Some domestic and international travel is required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (certifications from technical college a plus)

Knowledge & Experience Required in the following areas:

  • Control wiring for programmable controllers
  • Instrumentation installation
  • Calibration checks
  • P&ID Reading
  • Shop Drawing Reading
  • Understanding of National Electric Code

This is a shop pipefitter/welder role.  Experience reading Isometrics, fabrication plans, and good mechanical aptitude are required for the position.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (certifications from technical college a plus)
  • Perform TIG pipe welding
  • Have your own welding helmet and willing to take a written test and perform welding procedures upon interview

  • ASME and AWS welding procedures

Accounts Receivable Specialist/Front Desk Coordinator *

This is a dual role of Accounts Receivable and Receptionist functions. Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Administrative functions are all required for this position.

Requirements:

  • Accounting or Business Degree (or comparable degree/experience)
  • Minimum three years experience in accounting role
  • Experience in office administration
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Albert-Pujols-like reputation among professional circles (eventually references to substantiate)

Knowledge & Experience required in the following areas:

  • General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • All aspects of accounts receivable and client relations
  • Billing on a project milestone basis and communicating with Project Managers to understand the complexities of the project and the client relationship
  • Collections on a weekly basis
  • Computer Skills in MS Office and previous experience using accounting software - Deltek knowledge a plus
  • Expense Report processing
  • Accounts Payable functions (to be utilized as a back-up)
  • Phone etiquette and protocol
  • Office administration and support
  • Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, multitask, and be a strong communicator, both written and over the phone
